RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged.
DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@endeavor2draw.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If your claim is approved, you will be required to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued. Return instructions will be provided once your claim has been reviewed and approved.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, you will receive either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are not damaged
- Sale items
- Gift cards
